We gave you our own twist on the classic Spanish dish Paella. Here is another great Recipe to enjoy in the Sun. How many of you have heard of Sangria? Traditional sangria goes back along way. It was made with wine mixed with anything available. Variations on house Sangria, which literally means ‘blood’ in Spanish, in reference to the red wine used in the drink. Traditionally, it’s been made with Spanish Tempranillo and other wine from Rioja with the addition of citrus fruit.

- Add diced apples, oranges and lemon juice to a large pitcher. Stir to combine. You can use any fruit, but apples and oranges are traditional.
- Add red wine, brandy and orange juice and stir all the ingredients together.
- Refrigerate sangria for 3 to 4 hours, up to overnight, before serving.
- Serve sangria over a glass of ice. Top with sparkling water, if desired.
